Cotton Castle - Pamukkale

Cotton Castle - Pamukkale is located at a distance of 310 kilometers from Side, and the travel time is about 4 hours 30 minutes. Pamukkale consists of many snow-white pools with mineral waters inside. Covering the outer part of the pools, white calcite substances from afar resemble a snow cover. In the waters inside the pools in the form of cups, there are more than three thousand different minerals that are very beneficial for health and are even used for medicinal purposes. The water temperature all year round is about 30–35 degrees and does not change even in winter. Pamukkale was included in the UNESCO World Heritage List in 1988.

Cleopatra pool

The Cleopatra Pool is also located on the territory of Pamukkale and is no less popular among tourists who come here to see the sights of Turkey and swim in the mineral waters. There are many legends about this pool, which say that it was the rejuvenating waters in this pool that were one of the main secrets of the eternal youth of the Egyptian queen Cleopatra. The warm, crystal-clear mineral water in the pool and the fabulously beautiful flower arrangement attract the fair sex to take a dip in it.
