As a licensed travel agency in Turkey, Idva Travel has its own specific terms and conditions. We are 7/24 at your service!

How to book tours with us?

There are several ways to book a tour :

*By calling the indicated number on our website

*Messages via any messengers (Whatsapp/Viber/Telegram)

*After receiving information on the tour page, leaving a phone number with a country code - we will remind or write to you in 2 minutes.

*Direct booking through a completed booking form

*Contact us via gmail

*Send us a text message through the social network linked to our website

* Communicate with online chat

After booking the tour, within 10 minutes our sales manager will give you all the details: pick time and meeting point, return time, answers to additional questions if you will, additional information about the program,and confirmation of the booked tour. We also want to note that it is advisable to book tours a day in advance

How to pay for booked excursions?

We offer our valued customers multiple payment methods!

Most excursions are paid during the tour in the car to our guide or responsible person in cash or by bank card. But some excursions such as Istanbul, Cappadocia Hot Air Balloon Tour, Yacht Charter, Private Tours require prepayment - the whole thing or just a deposit!

How to cancel a booked program. 

You can easily and free of charge cancel most programs in 1 day by simply contacting our sales manager by phone.

The above programs are to be paid in advance. In case of natural disasters, bad weather, force majeure, etc. If the program is canceled by the company, all the money of the customer will be returned. If the tour is canceled by the customer at least 24 hours in advance, a certain part of the tour cost is refunded.
